Sustainability is a fundamental element of Maltha´s mission, and that means we stand for absolute quality of process and product, and maximum safety for human beings and the environment. In our judgement, that´s responsible entrepreneurship.
We assume responsibility in a large number of ways. With our business model we unite economy and ecology. In this way we take our social responsibility concerning sustainability as something self-evident. Naturally, we do this in our other activities and processes as well.
Furthermore, we stand for the quality of our services and products. In order to continuously monitor and improve this quality we have extensive ISO and OHSAS certifications, and we also have various specific certifications for our end products.
Glass recycling is done in an industrial environment with heavy equipment, and within a plant that features a lot of moving parts (such as conveyor belts and crushers). Being able to work safely on and around our sites is an absolutely fundamental condition, and so we take our responsibility when it comes to offering a maximally safe environment very seriously. We impose the strictest requirements on our partners as well so as to always guarantee the safety of our employees, customers, neighbours and everyone else involved.
